Shipping policy
All orders €100 and above include free shipping to the Republic of Ireland.
We ship worldwide and our shipping rates are as follows:

The majority of orders are shipped within 5 business days from order date, though more complex orders may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are dispatched within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians. Please Note:
- Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your Order.
- If your Goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us at orders@espyandiris.com. Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them to satisfy themselves that any goods delivered to them are as expected.
- In the case of non delivery, if either Espy and Iris or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.
