2. Avoid dry eyes

Our eyes can often become dry and sore if we are not producing enough tears. Central heating and air conditioning can make this worse so make sure you're work environment at home is suitable. Omega 3 supplements can help along with drinking plenty of water.

3. Exercise your eyes

Blinking is a simple exercise that we can do to help keep our eyes healthy. Blinking helps to lubricate your eye and removes dirt and dust.

4. Wear your glasses

As we get older eye ad vision problems can increase. Contrary to popular myths, wearing your glasses does not make your vision worse, it helps your eyes work more efficiently!

5. Get moving

It's easy to miss your daily step count when working from home, but keeping your body in overall good health is also important to protect your eyes. Being over weight can lead to diabetes and other health conditions that can effect your eyes, so get up and get moving!
